  • Jocelyn Parson MS CCC Bilingual SLP

    Jocelyn is the proud owner of Parson Speech Therapy. She works as the lead bilingual therapist providing services in English, Spanish and French. Although a native of Lakewood, CO, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Romance Language and Linguists and holds a Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. Jocelyn has been mentored by Theresa Snelling since entering the field and is also experienced in working with cleft lip and palate as well as many other speech and language disorders.

  • Libby Carter MA CCC-SLP

    Libby works in the clinic as one of our certified speech therapists. Originally from Minnesota, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in 2019. She continued her education to obtain her master's degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Northern Colorado in 2021. Since then, she has worked in the school, home-health, and private practice/outpatient settings. Her professional interests include early intervention and parent coaching, articulation and language, autism, and she is being mentored by Theresa and Jocelyn for treatment of cleft lip/palate. In her spare time, Libby enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs, traveling as much as possible, and spending time with her friends/family.
